Love the warm infinity pool, our kids loved it. The room was a good size. Love the bathtub and the pine trees view. The breakfats was good with lots of variety of Indonesian and western foods. They also provided traditional drinks ‘jamu’. The staffs were very attentive and helpful.

Warm pool! It was so cold up in the mountain but the hotel really did give a good thought about it. The pool model was infinity and overlooking mountain so it was so breathtaking. Also at that much rate, they already gave bathtub in the room, while other hotels are shower so that was a good one esp while travelling with little children.

I like the facilities and friendly as well as helpful staffs. We really enjoy the breakfast foods as well.

Very nice hotel. The view from the 12th floor is great. Room is big, convenient. Facilities are great and you have a wide choice for breakfast.

The room and the view were amazing. The food was better than most hotels. The staff were friendly.

Loved the huge room windows and the heated pool. Really good breakfast buffet; I especially appreciated the fresh juice and jamu.

Firstly, I didn't expect that my stay at Swissbel Resort Dago would be so awesome, I only had 1 night trip to Bandung and would love to see the green surroundings around Dago Pakar area, without thinking that the property would be spotlessly clean and facilities were that good. Indeed, it was really good!!! I loved the ambiance when I entered the lobby, it was semi open air and directly show the way to the pool. I didn't manage to swim because it was too crowded and I was still very concerned with covid, but I used the gym room and it was only me and my friend there. Staff were so welcoming and polite. Breakfast was okay and they provided open air area too so yes, I felt totally safe! Room was bigger than I expected, stayed in grand deluxe with seating area and eventhough they didn't give me balcony, the mountain view was so nice to see when I wake up in the morning. Will comeback with family for sure, my kid will be happy I am sure.
